Living From My Centered Self

An IFS Wisdom Journal

Are you someone who wants to live from your highest or best Self?  If so, Living From My Centered Self: An IFS Wisdom Journal can support you as you reach for personal and spiritual growth.  Drawing from Internal Family Systems Therapy,  the IFS Wisdom Journal invites you  to develop a daily soul practice of exploring the various parts of yourself with compassionate attention. It accomplishes this task by engaging in daily explorations of Self and parts, along with structured weekly and monthly reflections. The theme of each of the four volumes of the journal is based on two of the 8 Characteristics of your Centered Self.  As you move through the four volumes, you will explore activities and questions that invite you to experience the 8 C’s more fully and joyfully. Simply click on the image below to preview and/or purchase the journal.

As an additional resource on your journey to discover your parts and help them release their burdens, you can sign up for weekly emails that describe IFS and ways to identify and connect with your parts.  To sign up for the emails, simply click here and provide your name and email address in the box on the bottom of the page.

Upcoming Workshops and Trainings

In addition to the journal, we will also be offering events to support you in releasing the patterns that keep you from living the life you envision for yourself and your relationships.  The following events are currently scheduled:

Unburdening the Wounds of Structural Discrimination: An Internal Family Systems Approach: In the past several years, clients have been presenting to counseling with increased levels of fear and anxiety as a result of the rise in structural discrimination.  This session will explore how IFS can help clients release beliefs, fears, and burdens associated with historical and present-day marginalization and violence.
